Support Self-Help & Wellbeing
Relaxation and Meditations Playlist - A curated playlist of guided relaxation or meditation exercises (via YouTube) to help learners unwind, reduce anxiety, improve sleep or manage stress. A handy tool if you want accessible, on-demand support and a gentle way to practise self‑care.
Getting Started with Mindfulness - Provides a gentle, beginner‑friendly introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Good for learners who are new to mindfulness but want to explore techniques that can help with stress, focus, emotional regulation or overall mental wellbeing.

NHS – “Get Active” – Practical ideas for adding more movement into everyday life, suitable for all fitness levels. Great for learners who sit for long periods, study from home, or want to improve energy and wellbeing.

ACAS: Employment Rights, Contracts & Workplace Support – Clear, reliable guidance on employment contracts, pay, holiday, sickness, grievances, workplace problems, discrimination and more. ACAS also provides impartial advice to help resolve issues at work.
