A treatment with four thousand years behind it
Indian Head Massage has been part of daily life in India for over four thousand years, and since reaching the west it's become one of the most requested treatments for stress, poor posture and the tension that builds up from busy schedules. This FHT diploma course gives you everything you need to add it to your treatment menu as a qualified, complementary therapist.
Why clients keep coming back for it
Left untreated, the tension that builds in the upper body from stress and poor posture can lead to a whole range of physical and emotional problems. Indian Head Massage works directly on that tension, leaving clients with a genuine sense of calm and relaxation by the end of the treatment.
It can be given dry, fully clothed, with no oils at all, or with oils for an even more effective treatment, giving you the flexibility to adapt it to different clients and settings.

Everything you need to know before you book
How you're assessed, and what you'll walk away with
You'll be assessed continually throughout the day on your practical skills, alongside a written test to check your knowledge. After the course, you'll complete and write up case studies at home, three people receiving two treatments each, to meet FHT standards. These need to be submitted within the given timeframe.
Once your course and case studies are complete, you'll receive an FHT Diploma in Indian Head Massage.
