Learn a treatment your clients will keep coming back for
Reflexology is one of the most requested treatments in salons and clinics across the UK, and it's a therapy people return to again and again once they've felt the benefit. Over two days you'll learn how to read the feet, understand how each zone links to the body, and build a full treatment you can offer clients with confidence from your very first booking.
Start with the foundations
You'll begin with client consultation, the history and background of reflexology, and the theory behind why it works. This is where you'll learn to map the feet and understand the zones and meridians the whole treatment is built around.
- Client consultation and treatment history
- Benefits and effects of reflexology
- Meridians and zones of the body
- Reading the feet and foot mapping
Then put it into practice
Once the theory is in place, you'll move onto hands on demonstration. You'll practise the warm up massage, work through a full reflexology routine step by step, and finish with health and safety and the aftercare advice you'll give every client.
- Demonstration of warm up massage
- Demonstration of full reflexology routine
- Health and safety
- Aftercare advice
Everything you need to know before you book
Small groups, hands on from the start
This isn't a course you sit and watch. You'll be practising on real feet from day one, working alongside your tutor and the rest of your group until the routine feels natural.
Questions we get asked most
Do I need any experience before I book?+
Yes, this one's required beforehand. Anatomy and Physiology is a prerequisite for this course and needs to be completed before you enrol. You can book our Anatomy and Physiology online course to get started whenever suits you.
What will I be able to do once I've finished?+
By the end of the two days you'll be able to carry out a full client consultation, read and map the feet, and confidently deliver a complete reflexology routine from warm up through to aftercare advice.
What should I wear or bring with me?+
Comfortable, practical clothing is best as you'll be on your feet and working closely with your practice partner. Bring a notepad for theory sessions and anything specific will be confirmed ahead of your course date.
Can I spread the cost of the course?+
Yes. Clearpay and Klarna are both available at checkout, letting you split the £360 course fee into 3 or 4 interest free payments. You must be 18 or over and credit is subject to status.
Where does the course take place?+
The course runs in person at our Gloucester training academy. Available dates are shown above, so pick the one that works best for you before booking.
Can I book more than one space?+
Yes, use the quantity selector above the booking button if you're booking for yourself and a colleague or friend.
Is there a way to learn the theory online before I attend?+
Yes. Our Principles of Reflexology online course is a great way to get familiar with the theory in your own time before your two day practical course, though it isn't required to book.
